Not Cursed

Not Cursed

I have had the same phone for five years. I repeat: I have had the same phone for five years. And I don’t even mean I’ve had the same version of mobile phone for the last five years–I do actually mean that the phone I own now is the one and the same phone that I purchased five long years ago. And you know what? I don’t intend on changing my phone any time soon. Why should I? Find yourself cursed with feeling the need to keep up with the latest technology like I really don’t? Then you’ll enjoy the following link.

Thankfully the Enigin people understand my plight. Even though they are tech-heads with brains that never, ever stop working, they also understand the value of keeping things simple and effective. The company, which specializes in energy-saving devices and everything associated with them, knows exactly when technology is needed and how it can be of use to both the individual and the company.

Now back to my stance on the phone debacle…

OK, I can fully understand that having access to the latest technology is a fantastic thing, but here’s the problem with getting a new one every five minutes: that’s more plastic going back in to the environment which has to go somewhere. That may not be a huge problem when it’s only your phone, but what about when it’s a million phones? And that’s precisely what’s happening every day…Something which has the potential to cause massive problems as the years go by and plastic refuses to decompose.
